Financial ControllerLocation: BlackpoolSalary: £40,000 - £50,000Employment Type:PermanentAbout the RoleButler Rose are exclusively working with our client to recruit an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to join their growing business.This is a hands-on senior finance role with responsibility across financial control, management reporting, cash flow, working capital, payroll and the financial management of international purchasing and import activity.The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day finance function and supporting the wider business with accurate financial information, commercial insight and effective financial controls.The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-paced trading environment where accuracy, strong financial controls and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.Experience within a business importing products from overseas, particularly from Asian and other international markets, would be highly advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control and ReportingTake ownership of the day-to-day financial control of the business.Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.Ensure month-end processes are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.Monitor budgets, margins, expenditure and overall financial performance.Provide clear financial analysis and insight to senior management.Identify financial risks, ..... full job details .....
