We are working with a growing c£30m turnover group based in Lincoln to recruit a Financial Controller who will report directly to the CFO and take a leading role in the day-to-day management of the finance function. The group operates across manufacturing, distribution, retail and property, with five companies and a finance team of four. The business has grown significantly and continues to evolve, so this role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure, improving controls and getting properly underneath the numbers.
