Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial information, maintaining strong controls and supporting the commercial performance of the business. Main Duties Prepare monthly management accounts, PandL, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting and year-end processes. Analyse financial performance, variances and trends. Monitor manufacturing costs, labour, stock, WIP and product profitability. Support cost-saving initiatives and improvements to operational efficiency. Manage cash flow, debtors, creditors and working capital.
