Financial ControllerLocation: Hybrid Salary: 42208 - 46208 pro rata per annum depending on experience.Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to join a purpose-driven organisation and take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the finance function.This is a senior position working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board, providing financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day finance function, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and reconciliations.Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and analysis.Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.Monitor financial performance, identifying risks, trends and opportunities.Provide financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making.Develop financial models and support long-term financial planning.Lead the annual accounts and audit process.Ensure statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements are met.Oversee grant/restricted income and associated financial reporting.Maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures.Support senior leadership and Board reporting and decision-making.Manage relationships with auditors, banks, pension providers and other external stakeholders.About YouWe are looking for a qualified and experienced finance professional with:ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.Strong experience across financial ..... full job details .....
