Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to join a purpose-driven organisation and take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the finance function. This is a senior position working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board, providing financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day finance function, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and reconciliations. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and analysis. Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management. Monitor financial performance, identifying risks, trends and opportunities.
