About the Role

This permanent Financial Controller position in Manchester offers a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 annually, plus a performance-related bonus. The successful candidate will manage full financial oversight of hotel operations, working predominantly Monday to Friday on-site. Core duties include preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections, alongside reporting to ownership and senior management. The role involves monitoring profitability, departmental results, payroll and operating costs, while maintaining robust financial controls, compliance and procurement. Collaboration with the General Manager and Commercial Director is essential to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Salary: andpound;55,000-andpound;65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus.

Location: Manchester.

Working pattern: Full-time, predominantly Monday to Friday, hotel based.
