Financial Controller, to Finance Director in 12 - 18 months £70,000 - £80,000 starting salary (and increasing Y.O.Y.) The successful candidate will join as an experienced Financial Controller, and will be mentored by an excellent fractional CFO, with the expectation that they learn the business, people, and mechanics of the individual entities over their first year so that they can step up into the Finance Director position in 12-18 months. This a fully office based role but has the flexibility expected of a demanding junior FD role. It''ll work closely with the directors of each individual subsidiary and will have flexiblity around business needs. The Financial Controller / Future Finance Director, will be able to build their own finance team from scratch, being fully resourced to develop better systems, implement AI, and hire a suitable team beneath.
