Job Title: Financial Controller Location: BlackburnSalary: 65k + Benefits We are seeking a technically qualified accountant looking to join a fast-paced, commercial environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a desire to develop within a high performing finance function. With a strong focus on financial controls, compliance and audit readiness, the role will be responsible for daily reviewing and monitoring internal processes and controls, ensuring they remain fully aligned with audit requirements and company standards. There are no direct reports, making this an ideal opportunity for a second time mover or an experienced industry based accountant looking to take ownership of the control environment and broaden their commercial exposure within an established international organisation. You''ll play a key role in supporting the Finance Director across a range of responsibilities including technical accounting, financial reporting, process improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a high-visibility role with genuine progression potential.
