The Role As Financial Controller, you''ll be responsible for the overall management of the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and supporting key business decisions. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, developing and mentoring the finance team. Producing accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Preparing statutory accounts in line with FRS102. Managing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow. Overseeing financial controls, compliance and risk management. Leading the year-end audit process and liaising with external auditors. Identifying and implementing improvements to finance systems and processes. Providing commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision making. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
