Artemis Human Capital is working in partnership with a rapidly expanding and innovative technology business to appoint an experienced Financial Controller. This is a key leadership role within the finance function, offering the opportunity to make a real impact during an exciting phase of growth. The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for leading and developing a small finance team, while supporting wider strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and motivating a small, high-performing finance team Supporting the CFO across all MandA activity, including financial analysis, modelling, and integration Overseeing financial operations, reporting, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance Partnering with senior leadership to deliver insight that drives commercial decision-making Enhancing systems, processes, and controls to support growth The Person The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in either a high-growth or technology-led environment. They will bring both strong technical expertise and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance detail with strategic perspective.
