Financial Controller
This position is particularly critical as the business transitions and brings its European operations into a consolidated reporting framework. Working closely with the Head of Finance, this role will take a lead position in strengthening financial control, enhancing reporting quality, and supporting strategic decision-making. The candidate must have experience of working within a LLPYou can be based in either the Brighton or London office on a hybrid basis - 3 days PW officeDuties will include but not be limited too:Play a pivotal role in establishing a robust group reporting and consolidation frameworkShape and strengthen financial controls across a multi-entity, international structurePartner with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider businessLead and support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reportingPlay a key role in the consolidation of UK and international entities, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliationsSupport the preparation and delivery of statutory accounts across UK and international entitiesTake ownership of the balance sheet, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial data across all entitiesLead the review, challenge, and resolution of complex reconciliations, proactively identifying risks and driving corrective actionProvide leadership on WIP management, including strategic oversight of aged WIP, ensuring robust valuation methodologies, and partnering with stakeholders to improve ..... full job details .....
