Financial Controller

This successful family-owned company supplies equipment and services to customers throughout the UK. Operating via a network of highly trained maintenance and repair engineers they ensure their clients are energy efficient and compliant with legislation. By continuing to deliver excellent customer service this has enabled them to recently move into larger premises, expand their workforce and invest in systems. As they gear up for further growth, they have created a new opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the business and play a wide role in the company. Working closely with the owners and senior management the Financial Controller will be heavily involved in business decisions and will therefore influence the future direction of the company. Ideally, they would like this person to be an important part of their long term plans and as such envisage the successful candidate to become Finance Director within a two year period. This is therefore an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious accountant to make their mark in a growing, entrepreneurial business. This position will involve managing the finances for the company, providing financial reporting and analysis, supporting decision making, driving out cost and improving efficiency.
