The group has grown to a scale of circa £6m + t/o and they are now looking to appoint a Financial Controller to strengthen the finance team and take responsibility for the day to day financial control and operational finance activities across the five businesses. This will enable the existing Finance Director to devote more time to strategic management, growth opportunities, performance improvement and the wider general development of the group. The Financial Controller will have primary responsibility for the effective day-to-day management and control of the group''s finance operations across all five franchise businesses. The role will need to recognise and manage the different financial characteristics of the two sectors.
