We are working with an established, international technology-led business to recruit a Financial Controller for its UK operations. This is a senior, hands-on finance position offering significant exposure to the Managing Director, operational leadership and the wider finance team. This would be an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys being close to the business, challenging performance, improving processes and turning financial information into meaningful commercial insight. The Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for the UK finance function, combining strong financial control with commercial business partnering. As Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of month-end, year-end, management and group reporting Maintaining strong balance sheet controls and ensuring accurate, timely financial information Providing insightful financial and operational analysis to senior management and Plant Managers Leading the budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning processes Driving effective working capital management Maintaining robust internal financial controls and ensuring compliance with UK statutory, tax, audit and corporate ..... full job details .....
