Financial Controller (3 month FTC)

Keeler Recruitment is supporting a well-established and successful business in the search for an experienced Financial Controller to join the organisation on a 3-month contract. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on leadership role requiring an individual who can quickly integrate into the business, provide stability, and lead the finance function with minimal supervision. This opportunity would suit a highly capable and commercially minded finance professional who is confident managing day-to-day financial operations while supporting strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support and oversight. Take ownership of the month-end close process and financial reporting. Ensure robust financial controls and governance are maintained. Oversee management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow management. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Act as a trusted partner to the CFO and wider leadership team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies where appropriate. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements. About You: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience operating at Financial Controller level. Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
