This is a diverse, hands-on role within a small finance team, offering exposure across finance, payroll, HR support and wider business operations.The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable finance professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business. This is not a role for someone looking to specialise in a single area. They are looking for a true all-rounder who can roll up their sleeves and support a variety of accounting and business functions.What you''ll need to succeed To be considered, you must be:Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMAPrevious experience within an all-round accounting positionComfortable supporting audits and year-end accounting processesExperienced in management accounts preparationKnowledgeable in VAT, accruals and prepaymentsExperience of payroll and HR-related administration is highly desirable.Strong systems and reconciliation skillsProactive, organised and able to work independently.Strong communicator who enjoys working within a small team ..... full job details .....
