Job Title: Financial Applications and CRM systems Business Analyst Location: Remote Salary: up to £45,000 DOE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role As a Business Analyst within our transformation team, you will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and delivering scalable solutions. You will be responsible for defining and implementing to-be processes, aligning with best practices to ensure efficient and effective solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with the Transformation Process Lead and business stakeholders to design processes and configure Salesforce, NetSuite, and other Legacy systems. Key Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, your duties will include: Define and agree on the Process Framework and Taxonomy for your process area. Assess the current state, gather business requirements, and generate solutions to address gaps and inefficiencies.
