Financial Analyst - FPandA

We are partnering with a well-established, highly recognised consumer brand to recruit an ambitious Finance Analyst into its London-based finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a highly commercial FPandA position offering significant exposure across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the Finance Director and CEO, while business partnering with managers across a network of multiple locations. This would suit an ambitious Finance Analyst with existing commercial FPandA experience who wants greater responsibility, senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to have a genuine impact on business performance. The Role You will provide financial analysis, commercial insight and performance reporting to help the business better understand its key revenue, margin and cost drivers. Key responsibilities will include: Business partnering with operational managers across multiple locations, building strong relationships and helping them understand financial performance. Working closely with the Finance Director, CEO and wider senior leadership team. Analysing revenue, profitability, margins, labour costs, productivity and other operational KPIs. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling. Producing monthly performance reporting, variance analysis and insightful commentary.
