The Opportunity

A fast-growing, Wealth Management firm looking for a Senior Wealth Adviser to join their private client team. You''ll inherit a warm book of high-net-worth relationships, sit on investment committee discussions, and have a genuine path to equity partnership within 3 years.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of private clients (typical client AUM -500k10m+)
• Deliver holistic financial planning: investment strategy, pensions, tax planning, estate and intergenerational wealth transfer
• Work directly with an in-house paraplanning and investment team
• Represent the firm at select client and industry events

• Chartered status (or working towards) - CII Level 6 minimum
• 5+ years'' track record advising private clients, ideally from an IFA, private bank, or wealth management background
• A demonstrable track record of client retention and organic referral growth
• Someone who treats compliance and suitability as second nature, not a burden
• Genuine curiosity about markets, planning strategy, and client outcomes - not just product

• Warm book, not cold desk - inherited relationships from day one, no prospecting quotas
• Uncapped bonus structure tied to revenue generated and retained
• Equity partnership track for advisers who hit senior milestones

• Base: highly competitive, benchmarked above market for chartered advisers
• Bonus: uncapped, tied to client retention and revenue
• Equity: partnership track after 3 years
