Your purpose

You'll take ownership of a substantial existing client bank while supporting the team with new business as it comes in. This isn't about building from scratch it's about delivering quality advice to clients who are already there, keeping them happy, and managing portfolios that include seven-figure cases.

Your day to day

- Managing an existing book worth approximately £450,000 in recurring fees across high-value portfolios
- Conducting client reviews and ongoing advice for business owners, professionals, and inherited wealth clients
- Working on new business alongside the team – cases come through referrals and existing client relationships, not cold outreach
- Handling complex planning including pension recycling, tapering, and large contributions
- Delivering advice quickly to offset slower back-office processes and keep clients satisfied
- Attending client meetings face to face and building trusted relationships

Financial Advisor Requirements

- Diploma Level 4 qualification (essential)
- Proven experience advising clients with substantial assets and complex needs (essential)
- Technical capability across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient planning (essential)
- Professional, authentic approach with gravitas to engage high-net-worth individuals (essential)
- Chartered status, or actively working towards it (essential)
