What we’re looking for:Level 4 Diploma qualified
(minimum) – Chartered status desirableTrack record of providing holistic financial adviceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommercial awareness and client-first approach
Paraplanner (2+ years’ experience)A great opportunity for experienced paraplanners seeking more responsibility and influence.Draft suitability reports and provide detailed technical researchManage your own caseload with accuracy and compliance focusMentor and coach junior paraplannersContribute to process improvements and maintain technical knowledgeProgression routes into leadership, technical specialist, or managerial positions
