Financial Adviser Trainee

Our client in St Albans is seeking a number of applicants who want to become a Financial Adviser.

This is a structured 18-24 month pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser. It begins with building strong technical foundations and completing the CII Level 4 Diploma, before progressing into Adviser development with increasing client responsibility and structured competency assessment.

This is a demanding, standards-led route into a regulated profession and a long-term career.

The starting salary for the role is -27,500, with salary increases during the programme linked to successful development and stage progression.
