Independent Financial Adviser, Nottingham/Lincolnshire. c£80,000 (Negotiable) plus Bonus and Benefits.We are working with a well-established, independent financial planning firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Independent Financial Adviser into their Wealth Management team based in Lincolnshire.This is a genuinely attractive opportunity to join a growing business with a clear pathway to Associate and, ultimately, Partner level, including equity longer term. The firm has grown significantly in recent years and is progressing towards Chartered status.You''ll be joining a team of 5 advisers within a wider team of 14, working alongside an experienced dedicated Paraplanner and benefiting from a steady flow of introductions generated through the firm''s solicitor relationships and the Head of Wealth''s own extensive network.The role:You will take over an existing book of circa £12m across 40 clients. Provide holistic financial advice across the board, with particular focus on IHT, business relief and pensions.Deliver an ongoing service to existing clients, reviewing portfolios in line with agreed service arrangements.Work with Partners and colleagues across the firm to develop new business, with a strong base of warm introductions and minimal cold BD required.Build strong internal relationships with Partners and fee earners across the firm to support the flow of client introductions.Maintain the highest standards of client care and ensure work is conducted compliantly ..... full job details .....
