Financial Adviser (IFA) - Birmingham/Remote - Up to £70,000About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Adviser with a strong track record in client retention and new business. You will work with a high-growth firm with significant acquisitions in the Midlands, managing a range of client portfolios, including complex cases, with full paraplanning support.Responsibilities:Advise and retain clients across a range of portfolios.Generate new business to meet or exceed annual targets.Build long-term client relationships based on trust and technical expertise.Collaborate with paraplanners and administrative support; minimal admin required.Work across Manchester and Midlands clients, including those acquired through firm acquisitions.Requirements:4+ years'' advisory experience, with exposure to complex client cases.Diploma qualified; long-term care knowledge a bonus.CAS status preferred, but not mandatory.Strong record in new business generation and client retention.Excellent communication and relationship management skills. ..... full job details .....
