As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative aspects of VCT activities, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and in line with organisational and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:   Handle shareholder and intermediary enquiries, process transactions and payments, maintain creditor records, and manage agency transfer requests, ensuring accurate and timely administration. Support VCT applications, including pre- and post-allotment administration, buybacks and related disclosures. Assist with weekly Net Asset Value disclosures to the London Stock Exchange and maintain the relevant website updates.
