Financial Accounting Manager £70,000Location: AndoverHybrid: flexible Contract: PermanentAre you ready to take the lead in delivering financial clarity and control for a growing, successful business?We re working with a market-leading organisation to recruit a talented Financial Accounting Manager to oversee reporting for a key business unit and play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making.In this role you will: Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts and group reporting packs.Be the key contact for Group Finance and external auditors, leading audits with confidence.Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team.Oversee purchase ledger operations, payroll checks, and ensure robust internal controls.Reconcile balance sheets, maintain fixed assets and lease records, and manage intercompany transactions.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities with senior stakeholders.Lead process improvements and maintain strong financial governance.Assist with sustainability reporting and RandD tax claim preparation. What we re looking for: Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.Strong financial and management reporting experience.Sound knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.A proactive, detail-focused approach with the confidence to lead under pressure.
