Financial Accountant International Group Broad Finance Role Clear Progression to Finance Manager London Hybrid Working £65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits A strong opportunity for a well-rounded qualified accountant who wants broader exposure and a clear route into management. You''ll be joining a growing international business, working closely with senior Finance leadership across financial reporting, month end, audit, tax, controls and wider finance projects. Importantly, this isn''t intended to remain a Financial Accountant role long term. There is a clear succession plan for the successful person to step into a Finance Manager role within 6-12 months, making it a great move for someone ambitious and ready to take on more responsibility. The Role: • Own key elements of the monthly, quarterly and annual close • Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements across the Group • Take responsibility for statutory reporting and coordinate the external audit process • Oversee statutory accounts and corporation tax requirements across multiple entities • Support technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition and leases • Manage wider tax and regulatory compliance across an international business • Work closely with FPandA and the wider Finance team to improve the quality and accuracy of reporting • Strengthen financial controls and identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes • Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business • ..... full job details .....
