This is a brilliant opportunity for a technically strong ACA/ACCA qualified accountant to join a market leading business. The position offers broad exposure across technical accounting, month and year end reporting and external audit and would suit a first or second mover from practice or someone with equivalent industry experience. If you''re ACA/ACCA qualified and seeking a fantastic Financial Accountant opportunity within industry, I''d love to hear from you!What will you be doing?Produce statutory accounts for all eight group companies, including preparation of two group consolidations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.Act as a key participant in the year-end process with significant ownership of critical deliverables.Serve as a core member of the client-side audit team, managing efficient audit support, evidence preparation, and issue resolution.Prepare complex technical accounting papers-such as Going Concern assessments, impairment reviews, and other ad-hoc technical analyses-providing clear recommendations aligned to IFRS/FRS 102 requirements.Help elevate statutory and annual reports to "best-in-class" through improved disclosures, narrative quality, and alignment to evolving reporting standards.Working with the Management Accountant, be involved in the monthly Group balance sheet reconciliation process, ..... full job details .....
