Financial Accountant - 15 Month Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Warwick (Hybrid - 3 days in office)Salary: CompetitiveA well-established, global organisation is looking for a Financial Accountant to join its Financial Control and Accounting team on a 15-month fixed-term basis.Working closely with the Chief Accountant, this role will focus on period-end reporting, balance sheet integrity, and maintaining a strong financial control environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate and timely month-end and period-end reportingReconcile key balance sheet accounts with supporting documentationInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring issues are fully closed outProvide variance analysis against plan and forecast, identifying key driversSupport continuous improvement across reporting, controls, and reconciliation processesPartner with commercial and operational teams to support financial performanceAbout YouQualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)Proven experience in reconciliations and financial reportingWorking knowledge of VAT and corporate taxExperience using ERP systems (SAP desirable)Methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solvingTeam and EnvironmentPart of a well-established finance teamCollaborative and supportive cultureExposure to both financial control and commercial partneringRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for ..... full job details .....
