This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant looking for a flexible role with real breadth and exposure.This role offers the chance to take ownership of financial operations across multiple subsidiary entities, supporting both financial reporting and strategic decision-making. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant and insightful financial information.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee month-end close processes across multiple subsidiaries, including journals and reconciliationsProduce and manage budgets and forecasts, working closely with senior stakeholdersTake ownership of statutory year-end financial statements and act as the key contact for external auditorsAttend and contribute to subsidiary board meetings, providing financial insight and guidanceManage intercompany reconciliations and support group consolidation processesEnsure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including Companies House filingsMaintain strong financial controls and support continuous improvement of processesAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with relevant post qualification experienceStrong track record in statutory accounts and ..... full job details .....
