About the Role
We are exclusively partnered with a privately held family office with over four decades of successful UK property investment. Operating through a network of 100 SPVs and employing around 25 people, the firm is based in North London and prides itself on stability, integrity, and long-term growth. This role is office-based (Parking facilities available). On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and capable Group Financial Accountant to take a hands-on role in managing and modernising internal financial operations. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a rare opportunity to become a key member of a close-knit, dedicated team and make a lasting impact by shaping the future of the company''s financial systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:
Timely production of management accounts for approximately 100 entities (via Xero and Excel)Overseeing monthly bank reconciliationsVAT administration and HMRC filingsPayroll and PAYE administration and complianceAssisting in process improvements and systems upgrades (Xero, Qube integration, automation of bank downloads)Minimum Requirements:
