Financial Accountant (projects and transformation) - Media - 12-month FTC - £45,000- £50,000 - Manchester - Hybrid (1 day a week) An exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant (projects and transformation) to join a Finance Continuous Improvement team during a major period of business change for a large well-known Media business. This is a hands-on finance change role, focused on supporting a significant transformation programme over the next 12 months. Reporting to the RTR Global Process Owner, you''ll work across the business to help deliver process improvements and embed change. Key Responsibilities Support finance transformation and change projects, with a focus on Record to Report (RTR). Work closely with operational finance teams to improve and implement processes. Review and standardise finance processes, process maps and SOPs. Support requirements gathering, UAT and implementation activity. Work across different areas of the business to help deliver change effectively. About You Strong operational finance experience Ideally RTR experience. Experience working on finance projects, transformation or process change. Qualified or part-qualified accountant desirable. Hands-on approach with the ability to get involved across different areas of the business. Proactive, adaptable and collaborative, with a strong can-do attitude. ..... full job details .....
