Financial Accountant (newly qualified)

Butler Rose is partnering with our large Facilities Management client based in London to recruit a Financial Accountant to join a newly formed Facilities Compliance division. This is a six months temporary role, offering hybrid working and paying up to £350 per day via Umbrella company.The role is highly hands-on and suits a confident, inquisitive newly qualified accountant (ideally Big 4 / Top 10 trained) who can quickly pick up complexity, work in an unstructured environment, and take ownership from day one.SAP experience is highly desirable, with HFM advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on journals, reconciliations and month-end close activitiesBalance sheet controls, intercompany and fixed assetsSupport HFM reporting, SAP integration and statutory reportingAssist audit, VAT, tax packs and compliance requirementsMaintain strong controls framework and resolve issues proactivelyWork closely with finance teams across the division and groupRequirementsNewly qualified, ideally Big 4 / Top 10 audit backgroundStrong technical accounting knowledge (debits and credits)Analytical, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environmentSAP essential; HFM beneficialWhy apply?Opportunity to shape a new finance functionExposure to senior stakeholders and complex workFast-paced, high-impact role with strong development potential If you are interested in this opportunity and would like further information, please reach out to Cerys Smith.Butler Rose is committed to equality in the ..... full job details .....
