DescriptionThe successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities: Responsibility for the preparation of both Group year end and half year financial statements and subsidiary financial statementsKey contact during the audit processResponsibility for preparation of month end management accounts for subsidiary companiesWork with the Company Secretarial and regulatory matters as requiredResponsibility for national statistics reportingSupport technical accounting developments as and when they arise and on-going technical accounting including IFRS 16 ''Leases'' and IFRS 2 ''Share-based payments''Management of all Companies House filing requirements for the GroupResponsibility with monthly consolidation and cashflow processAssisting with the short-term cash forecast model, including implementation of improvementsPoint of contact for internal insurance ..... full job details .....
