Financial Accountant - Media and Entertainment

This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to sit at the heart of a well-established and high-performing finance team. The position will play a central role in the group consolidation process, working across multiple business units including production, management, live, and creative. The Role: Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of group reporting, compliance, and statutory processes, ensuring strong financial controls across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Financial Reporting, Controls and Compliance Preparation of annual Group consolidationsPreparation of Group and subsidiary statutory accounts, including tax workingsFiling dormant statutory accounts, compliance statements and related documentationSupporting preparation for the annual auditOverseeing group companies'' overhead costs and audit accrualsActing as the main point of contact for auditors for the management businessOverseeing preparation of annual financial statements Tax and Regulatory Posting corporation tax journals and reconciling tax balancesCalculating quarterly corporation tax payments on accountPreparing quarterly VAT returnsPreparing information for third-party P11D preparationFiling annual PAYE Settlement AgreementsManaging annual tax compliance work Additional ..... full job details .....
