Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of financial accounting with a particular focus on the balance sheet, while also playing a key role in driving process improvements, managing a small team, and supporting global operations.This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys variety, responsibility and working in a fast-paced, people-focused business.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of the balance sheet, including all reconciliations across the businessOversight of balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entitiesManagement of intercompany processes, including recharges and monthly reconciliationsPreparation of monthly group balance sheet consolidationsLeading the year-end group consolidation and financial statement processReview and submission of VAT returns across multiple entitiesManagement and development of a team of twoOversight of bank reconciliations, sales ledger and purchase ledger reviewsStrengthening and maintaining internal controls and financial processesLeading the year-end timetable and audit process, including liaison with external auditorsPartnering with operational teams across the businessSupporting the Group CFO and collaborating with global finance teamsAd hoc project and finance support as requiredAbout YouFully qualified (ACCA / CIMA) with post-qualified experienceStrong ..... full job details .....
