This is a key role supporting the effective management of revenue and capital budgets, financial forecasting, property investment and savings programmes. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and monitoring of property revenue and capital budgets. Review and challenge expenditure, identifying overspends, financial pressures and savings opportunities. Develop accurate monthly and quarterly financial forecasts. Support Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) planning, including property disposals and changes in income. Analyse property expenditure, income, capital projects and savings programmes.
