Financial Accountant (Hospitality)

Key Responsibilities: Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting. Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support strategic decision-making. Oversee financial controls, compliance, and process improvements. Manage and develop the finance team. Support business growth initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects. Essential Requirements: Previous Financial Controller experience within the hospitality sector is essential (restaurants, hotels, leisure, bars, catering, or similar). Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience. Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills. Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
