Financial Accountant

Location: Banbury (Hybrid - 1-2 Days On-site per Week)Salary: Around £60,000Contract: PermanentTravel: Occasional international travel (UK and Europe)A global manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Polish speaking Financial Accountant to join its UK finance team. This is a key role within a long-established international group, offering exposure to cross-border operations, modern systems and a collaborative, people-focused culture.The position is based in Banbury, with 1-2 days per week on-site once settled, and includes occasional international travel to European sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flowManage the general ledger and record daily financial transactionsPerform reconciliations and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivableEnsure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standardsAct as the main contact for internal and external auditsSupport budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow monitoringAnalyse financial data to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunitiesProvide reporting and insight to support management decision-makingAbout YouDegree in finance, accounting, economics or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years'' experience in a similar accounting role (manufacturing experience beneficial)Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and month-end processesConfident in using accounting systems (SAP Business One experience is an ..... full job details .....
