Financial Accountant

The organisation is continuing to expand and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where finance plays a key role in driving commercial performance.Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the business. This is a highly visible role combining core financial accounting responsibilities with a strong commercial and operational focus.Key duties will include:Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processesDeveloping financial models to support scenario planning and decision-makingSupporting month-end close and management reportingOverseeing product costing, including standard cost updates and margin analysisAnalysing production variances (labour, materials, waste) and partnering with operations to improve performanceSupporting pricing, new product development, and commercial decision-makingProviding oversight of the purchase ledger function and ensuring compliance with financial controlsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the businessWhat you''ll need to succeed Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountantStrong experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment Solid understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and operational financeProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial ..... full job details .....
