You''ll play a key role in month-end and year-end close processes, liaise with auditors, and ensure alignment with both IFRS and US GAAP. This is a mostly remote role, with occasional travel to the London office.Your new role Key duties include:Oversee day-to-day financial accounting transactionsOversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reportingPrepare and submit monthly financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAPOversee the preparation of the annual statutory accounts and manage the group and local year-end audit processesVAT returns, Corporation Tax, and other local filingsMaintain and monitor internal controls and SOX complianceLiaise with external auditors and tax teams Process improvements and ad hoc projects What you''ll need to succeedFluency in German and EnglishStrong experience in financial accountingSolid understanding of ..... full job details .....
