About the Team:

The Finance team supports global financial operations, accounting, tax, and financial planning and analysis, covering back-office functions, tax compliance, audit management, budgeting, and forecasting.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, FMA (EMEA and LATAM), responsible for ensuring accurate and complete accounting records for entities in Europe and Latin America, performing month-end and year-end tasks, supporting audits, and collaborating with regional tax teams.

Responsibilities include:

Performing month-end checks and reconciliations

Assisting with audits and statutory accounts

Partnering with tax teams for compliance

Processing invoices in SAP

Preparing financial statements and converting them from USGAAP to local GAAP

Ensuring compliance with local laws and standards

Supporting process improvements and stakeholder communication

Qualifications:

Qualified Accountant with 3-6 years of experience

Experience with IFRS and UK GAAP

Experience in multinational organizations and month-end processes

Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, SUMIF)

Proactive, flexible, and able to work autonomously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
