This is a broad financial accounting role, working closely with the Finance Manager and colleagues across the wider business to deliver accurate financial information and support key reporting requirements. Your duties will include: Managing stock accounting, inventory reporting and stock turnover analysis, including supporting stock count verification. Maintaining the R&D and fixed asset registers, including capitalisation, amortisation and appropriate accounting treatment. Preparing monthly accruals and prepayments, journals, balance sheet reconciliations and revenue and gross margin analysis. Supporting the preparation of UK statutory accounts, audit requirements and tax computations, while liaising with overseas accountants and external advisors.
