Financial Accountant - 6-Month FTC
Rate: -450550 per day (inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in Luton office)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L and balance sheet reporting for key cost areas
- Deliver month-end close and variance analysis
- Support cost-saving initiatives and identify risks/opportunities
- Partner with operational and finance teams to drive performance
- Ensure financial accuracy and robust reconciliations
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant
- Must habe experience in large, complex businesses
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced Excel (including basic macros); Planning Analytics experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
