Broster Buchanan are recruiting for a finalist or Fully qualified Financial Accountant to be based in Peterborough, 3 days office/2 days remoteKey Responsibilities:You will be part of the team who report financial submissions for Group and its subsidiaries Specifically,Balance sheet analytical review and processing complex consolidation adjustmentsYou will assist with the consolidation processYou will respond to ad hoc reporting queries and tasks as they ariseOversee Technical Accounting including overseas reportingEnsure all intercompany balances submitted agree to global balances and inter company transactions are correctly identified and reportedOwnership and management of all audit requests related to International Group reporting deadlines and processes.Implementing mapping for quarterly reporting that minimises manual adjustments required when reconciling to group reporting team You will assist in the preparation of technical and high profile Financial StatementsYour role will include helping management to fulfil audit queries and building relationships with our audit team.You will provide updates and advice to the wider Finance Team in conjunction with your manager.You will assist in implementing new accounting standards such as upcoming changes to FRS102You will complete complex reconciliations to assist with our local tax teams reporting requirements such as the return to provision analysis and reconciliationsInvolvement in legal entity rationisation project to ..... full job details .....
