Core ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain ledger activity, ensuring journal entries are timely and accurateConduct reconciliations for bank accounts and key balance sheet itemsAssist with tax compliance and contribute to preparation of tax submissionsReconcile shipping transactions and related financial recordsProvide documentation and support for both internal and external audit reviewsStrengthen financial controls and enhance reporting workflowsPartner with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate financial dataLead credit control and accounts payable operations RequirementsPart Qualified- preferably within CIMA or ACCAStrong analytical mindset with high attention to detailCalm and focused under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingClear communicator with strong interpersonal skillsExperience with ERP platformsComfortable working collaboratively and meeting tight deadlinesSolid IT capabilities and confident decision-making Benefits Flexible hybrid working modelStructured development and training opportunitiesGenerous holiday allowanceComprehensive pension and health benefitsAdecco is a disability-confident employer.
