This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality financial reporting, strong controls and sound financial governance in an organisation where accuracy and integrity really matter.As Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining robust financial records and supporting the delivery of accurate reporting, audit and compliance activities. Working closely with the executive finance lead and partnering with the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the organisation''s financial records, supporting the preparation of financial statements, managing the general ledger, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. You''ll also have line management responsibility for two direct reports, giving you valuable leadership exposure.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.Assisting with Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet preparation and reporting.Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, including journals, accruals and adjustments.Ensuring financial reporting complies with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.Supporting budgeting and forecasting ..... full job details .....
