This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take ownership of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and controls within a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial information while supporting the wider business through accurate reporting and insightful analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsLead the month-end and year-end close processesPrepare statutory accounts preparation and external auditsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsMaintain and improve financial controls and processesPerform balance sheet reconciliations and oversee ledger integritySupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesManage VAT, tax, and other statutory reporting requirementsPartner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support decision-makingContribute to process improvement and finance transformation initiativesAbout YouACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifiedStrong technical accounting knowledge, including UK GAAP and/or IFRSExperience in financial reporting, statutory accounts, and auditStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systemsAbility to build relationships with stakeholders at all ..... full job details .....
