Finance Transformation - Senior Consultant / ManagerLocation: London HybridSalary: £50k-£79k (DOE) + bonusRobert Half are working with a leading Consulting firm who is looking to appoint a talented Finance Transformation Senior Consultant or Manager to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance transformation professional who enjoys working closely with clients to redesign finance processes, improve operating models, and deliver innovative technology-enabled solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and analyse finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to understand current processes, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Map and document finance processes and operating models.Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for standardisation, simplification, and automation.Support the design and implementation of finance target operating models.Analyse and interpret financial and operational data to generate actionable insights.Develop recommendations and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations.Contribute to project management, governance, and engagement delivery.About YouYou will ideally demonstrate:Experience delivering finance transformation initiatives within consulting or industry.Strong understanding of key finance processes including O2C, P2P, and R2R.Exposure to finance operating model ..... full job details .....
