The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated finance professional to take ownership of financial processes and reporting. This role will play a key part in reviewing, improving, and automating existing financial operations, with a strong focus on integration, efficiency, and accuracy. Main ResponsibilitiesReview current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Lead the automation and integration of financial data across systems.Deliver robust and timely financial reporting to support business decisions.Streamline data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial operations support ongoing business growth.Ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced FMCG environment. RequiredQualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).Proven experience within the FMCG sector.Strong track record of process improvement, automation, and financial reporting.Highly data-savvy, with excellent systems knowledge and experience in system implementation.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
